We cannot guarantee the settings of each home washing & drying system, however we can recommend the best way to care for your ELLAE clothing garments to keep them in like-new condition and avoid shrinking, fading and transferring pigment.

For best care; 

Machine wash in cold water - wash with like colors - tumble dry on low or air dry - do not use fabric softener - do not bleach - do not soak for long periods in water - do not iron - do not dry clean

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your ELLAE purchases so if something isn't quite right with your order we are more than happy to exchange your item(s) by issuing a store credit once we receive the items back and verify they meet the standards described below. 

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items that are on sale will indicate that they are final sale on the product page before adding to your cart.

Please note that we only accept exchange requests within 14 days after delivered and are in original condition, not worn with tags still attached.

Before returning your items make sure they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains).  Tags must still be attached if applicable. Your return WILL NOT be accepted if the conditions are not met.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you.

Click here to start your exchange and print a prepaid shipping label within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item(s) back and approve your return you will be able to instantly exchange or save your store credit for a future date. Store credit never expires. 

We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or wash, or does not meet the listed criteria. Items that are specifically marked “final sale” on their product pages are not eligible for return or exchange, and you will not be refunded in any form.

WHAT IF MY RETURN PACKAGE IS LOST?

First contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim then reach out to our team at hello@shopellae.com. ELLAE is not liable for lost return packages. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges must be approved by the ELLAE team. ELLAE has the right to refuse issuing a refund, store credit, or exchange if fraudulent activity is suspected. in addition, ELLAE is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer as well as return packages to ELLAE. if you purchased route protection plan, you may file a claim directly on their website at https://claims.route.com/. packages not insured with route are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) IS/ARE DAMAGED?

Kindly NOTIFY our ELLAE customer service IMMEDIATELY at hello@shopellae.com with IMAGES if you encounter any DEFECTIVE items. Unfortunately, items from orders placed more than 30 days ago are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
